The Rio Vista

Rio Vista is a 3 bedroom house that sleeps 8; 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bunkbeds and 2 Full bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower/ bathtub combo. The primary bathroom has a large bathtub and a stand up shower. 

Rio Vista has a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster & regular coffee pot.  It has a large living room with 2 couches and 2 chairs. The living room offers a TV w/ satellite and a fireplace. A dining table that seats 8 is  connected to the living room. 

It is equipped with a full size washer & dryer 

You will love the large deck that overlooks the river. There is also a grill and fire pit right off the deck. 

Rates: Peak Season; $350 (2 night minimum) 

Off peak; $250 (2 night minimum)

Cleaning Fee $175

Check-in 4:00 pm

Check-out 11:00 am

Bed Linens & Towels  $75.00 will automatically be added unless you specify that you do not want linens
